RETURN
AND REFUND POLICY
Please choose items carefully to avoid
disappointment. If we have shipped the wrong product, email us and
request exchange or refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and
returns for food items and candy molds. Other items must be in new,
unused condition and returned with 14 days of delivery. All requests for
credit, refund or exchange is at our discretion and must be done in writing via
email to
info@candyplus.net.
Return shipping is customer's responsibility and is not refundable.
BACKORDER
POLICY
Our inventory turns over rapidly and
occasionally it is possible that we have filled orders prior to yours and will
not have all of the products you have ordered in stock. This situation
would most likely occur with orders sent through the mail or via fax or with
orders not run through our online shop cart. We apologize for this
inconvenience. Generally we replenish inventories for most items within
two to three weeks and will send backordered items at that time.

All requests regarding product, product
availability or special requests should be done using
info@candyplus.net Most inquiries will need some research time so
please allow at least 24 – 48 hours for us to respond. Please let us know if
you need items for a special event so we can get information to you as quickly
as possible mark the message as urgent in the subject line and we’ll respond as
soon as possible. Please make sure we have a telephone number to call
