Information
We’ve made it as easy as possible to place an
order by using our secure shop cart. Browse the various products to find
what you want to buy. Each product shows a QUANTITY box below the item.
Fill in the desired number of products you wish to order and, if appropriate,
choose colors or flavors and then click the ADD TO CART button. You will
be shown a brief glimpse of the shop cart page and a message indicating that
the item has been added to your cart will appear on your screen. You will
then automatically be returned to the page you are currently shopping on so you
can continue to purchase additional items. If at any time you wish to
view your cart, there are buttons at the top, middle and bottom of each page,
which allows you to VIEW CART/CHECKOUT at any time during the process.
If you order an item and wish to remove it
from your cart or want to change the quantity of the items you order you can
easily do this on the VIEW CART/ CHECKOUT page. You can return to the
shopping pages from the VIEW/CART/CHECKOUT page by clicking on the BACK TO
SHOPPING button.
TO PURCHASE your items once you’re done
shopping choose an option from the Payment Options box on the shop cart
checkout page. Press the GO TO CHECKOUT button and fill in the necessary
shipping and billing information.
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and
American Express credit cards, personal checks, money orders, as well as Pay
Pal. All credit card transactions are cleared through our merchant
processing service before merchandise is sent. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE PAY PAL
ONLY. All order information is processed [encrypted transmission] on our
secure server. We treat your personal information just like our own. NO
information about you or your transactions, is ever shared with anyone for any
reason!
If you are paying by check or money order,
print 2 copies of your order. Keep one for your records and send one copy
with your payment. Orders are not packaged until payment is received.
We try to keep all items adequately stocked but our inventory does turn over
rapidly so please send payment promptly to ensure that items are in stock.
Personal checks may require additional time to clear the bank and there is a
return check charge of $25.00.
In lieu of a web or telephone order, please
feel free to fax or mail orders. Use the fax order form and send it to
818-842-8084. Please indicate method of payment with your order.
Our Shop Cart will automatically send
an e-mail confirmation of your order, please check your spam filter messages if
the confirmation does not appear in your normal inbox.
